Over 20 years of experience focusing on probate and estate administration, inheritance rights (kinship proceedings), wills and real estate. Mr. Fanning has extensive experience practicing in Surrogate’s Courts throughout New York City representing executors, administrators and beneficiaries.
An experienced litigator with extensive background in juvenile justice and child welfare. Ms. Hughes co-founded the child advocacy clinic at St. John’s University School of Law. She has 12 years of experience teaching in law school settings, including Hofstra University School of Law, St. John’s University School of Law and City University of New York School of Law. She has published many scholarly law review articles and presented frequently. In addition to a Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Hughes holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Studies, and a Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School.
